Courtney practices
in the areas of
corporate/commercial
and taxation law.

Courtney has extensive experience in advising clients with respect to all matters of tax, estate planning and corporate commercial matters. In particular, Courtney provides guidance to her clients relating to: corporate tax planning, personal tax planning, structuring of business operations, sales and purchases of businesses, corporate reorganizations, distribution planning, implementation and use of family trusts, succession planning and inter-generational transfers of businesses, personal estate planning and estate administration including drafting of testamentary documents, shareholder disputes and dispute resolution advice with Canada Revenue Agency.
